9 CANCELLATION AND RETURN
9.1 The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller via email (email@example.com) within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. All returned items must be unused.
9.2 Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
9.3 If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of consumable goods if they have been used and are not in a resalable condition. The Buyer maybe charged a administration fee for returning unwanted goods, the Buyer will be informed of this charge through email, and will be reduced from the refunded amount.
9.4 Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyers expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey (we suggest special delivery) and the buyer is advised to keep a copy of the delivery receipt. The Buyer will receive a refund of monies paid for the Goods (excluding delivery charges, if any) within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
9.5 The Buyer must ensure that any good purchased from the seller using the online hair consultant are the products they want. The seller can not gaurantee that the products recommended by the online consultant are the most ideal.
9.6 Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Failure to do so may lead to the returned items being rejected.
9.7 Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyers fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
